Amsterdam
Tomorrow, André will leave for Amsterdam in order to attend the WWW9 conference.
And I will accompagny him! Not to the conference, of course, but to Amsterdam. I will take off a couple of days from university. If the weather holds for a few more days, it should be perfect for a visit!
The conference ends on Friday, and on Saturday André will go back home, while I go on to my parents in order to visit my cousin in Hildesheim. She is going to celebrate her Konfirmation on Sunday.
What am I going to do in Amsterdam?

I’m going spend a lot of time strolling around the city, looking at the Grachten and maybe even renting a bike for a day or two.

Amsterdam
Morgen wird André nach Amsterdam fahren, um an der WWW9-Konferenz teilzunehmen. Und ich fahre mit! Natürlich nicht zur Konferenz, aber nach Amsterdam. Ich nehme mir ein paar Tage von der Uni frei und erkunde die Stadt. Hoffentlich hält sich das gute Wetter!
Die Konferenz endet am Freitag, und André und ich werden noch gemeinsam etwas in der Stadt unternehmen, bevor er am Samstag zurück nach Bonn fährt. Ich fahre direkt weiter zu meinen Eltern, denn am Sonntag feiert meine Cousine in Hildesheim ihre Konfirmation.
Und was mache ich in Amsterdam?
Hier ist ein englischsprachiger Internet Guide to Amsterdam, aber ich habe mir natürlich auch einen Reiseführer in Buchform gekauft (und einen Sprachführer, obwohl die meisten Niederländer Englisch, wenn nicht sogar deutsch, sprechen). Wahrscheinlich werde ich viel durch die Stadt spazieren oder ein Fahrrad mieten und mir die Grachten anschauen
